ClearPath Home Solutions is a real estate solutions company that works directly with homeowners who want a simple alternative to the traditional selling process. We are principals (buyers), not licensed real estate agents or brokers, unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident with the legal authority to enter into agreements regarding the property you are submitting. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Services Provided

The Services include providing information about ClearPath, allowing you to submit property details, and communicating with you regarding potential cash offers. Any offer we present is non-binding until reduced to a written purchase agreement signed by both you and ClearPath. We reserve the right to decline, withdraw, or modify any offer at any time prior to a signed agreement.

5. No Real Estate, Legal, or Financial Advice

ClearPath does not provide legal, tax, financial, or real estate brokerage advice. Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only. You are encouraged to consult with your own attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional before making decisions about your property.

6. User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms or by other means, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that you consent to be contacted by ClearPath by phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. By providing your mobile phone number through a form on clearpathhs.co or directly to us, you opt in to receive SMS text messages from ClearPath Home Solutions related to your property inquiry, including offer follow-ups, appointment reminders, document requests, and other conversational messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Fees. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any additional SMS messages.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly using the information below.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most other U.S. carriers.

8. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davis County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
